Ms. Nancy Loucas is a public health educator, mentor, and advocate from New Zealand. She is the Executive Coordinator of CAPHRA, where she is on the frontlines of tobacco harm reduction advocacy in 10 groups located in 8 different countries. Their mission and aim is to educate, advocate and represent the right of adult alternative nicotine consumers to access and use products that reduce harm from tobacco use.
In 2015, she Co-founded along with four other Vapers, AVCA, The official NZ Consumer Advocacy group to the GFN and a founding member of INNCO. This is where she works closely with her colleagues worldwide towards educating the public by providing them with objective information, scientific research and policy updates and reviews that affect all users of E-cigarettes and Vapes.
